It was fantastic to see Kaekae and the kids again. But before I could even kiss the twins enough to let them know how much I'd missed them, they ran into Sef's arms. Now, ya gotta know I love my former brother by law, but I've learned that not all children are like me and Inanna. We waited for Pop for hands, moons.. sometimes vars. No other Warrior came close to catching our attention when he was around. My lesson learned this time is that I'm not gonna be makin any babes who see me in the same light as I saw Pop.
It about broke my heart to see them run off to another man's lap, another man's arms. Good thing it was family. Makes me wonder how Kaeli feels with me gone so often and sometimes for a real long time. ::his ribcage heaves as he emits a very heavy sigh:: I've not lost my soul... so I count it a lesson learned.
